Amazon.co.uk Preview: Even though they were clearly aimed at children, the first Harry Potter games nevertheless managed to be quite good--an extraordinary feat considering that film-license games are usually awful. For this second crack at the gaming wand Harry moves to next-generation consoles too, and, from the two-level demo we played, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is looking even better than 2001's efforts.
Looking and playing similarly to Nintendo’s The Legend of Zelda, the first level has you zapping gnomes with a stun spell and ejecting them from the garden they're roaming around in. Although simple in gameplay terms, this first little section allows you to get used to the pleasingly intuitive and flexible controls. A subsequent level is based on more traditional action set pieces, with you as Harry jumping about on platforms, avoiding elves, and using a magic spell to chop down ropes. It’s a real surprise to see a game this high profile, which would easily have sold a million if it’d been a blank disc with the Harry Potter logo, being made with such care and imagination. In fact, so good does it look so far that the old lie about nonfans of the movie/book being able to enjoy it might actually be true. --David Jenkins

I recently finished Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets story line and I'm still working to find all it's secrets. This game ,like the first, has many things for you to do. The gameplay also changes so your not always doing the same old thing. After you beat the story part of the game their are many things you still can do. For example dueling the masters of the school by collecting witchs and wizards cards. If you collect enough cards you can open a secret door. I think COS (Chamber of Secrets) has a very good replay factor because their are so many different things to do. This has already been said but it's worth saying again. QUIDDITCH IS WAY BETTER THAN BEFORE! The only reason i gave it 4 stars out of 5 is because their should be more boss's.

The game is quite cool to me ! I have completed the first harry potter game and craving for more after that , and finally my dream come true! just a few comment to the 'Harry Potter and the camber of secrets' game is that the sound of harry potter is very weird, it sounds like a sisi to me. The good thing is that they added a few more game in it to make it more intresting like " the wizard duel , race record for you to broke while you head for lesson, the are grades " A ,B , C " too to your performance in class( SO IT IS NOT SO BORING LIKE THE FIRST ONE).
Of all ...... the best part is the quidditch match ! you must race against your rival malfoy and knock him down before you can continuce to catch the snitch. The are also many thing on the way to slow you down and don't forget the budlger behind you. SO GET IT NOW PEOPLE......... SEE YOU IN HOGWARTS.....

The game was a little easy, but it was really fun! It can get a little boring when your stuck on a part. Who ever thinks this game is totaly boring probily never played it. Also it is a little hard in some parts. It follows the book and movie really good with a little twist of its own.The price may be high but wait till it goes down a little. But it is way better than the first one. For example Quidditch is alot better. You have more gaming and space than the first one. The knomes swing is really cool! Buy this game to find out!

Harry potter is cool or should i say it is magical cause you must buy it.It is the best better than the last one this is more exiting,adventerous,magicalistic,faster and funnier so buy it.It will make your magic spells real and you can also buy an harry potter box it has a wand and some fantastic tricks and spells buy it from Toysrus,toymaster,james selby and argos and becarefull when your playing the game because there are things that you have never seen before like ghosts,real snakes,weasels and birds but harrys ablities will save you and you can also drive the weasleys family car and also remember you are brave like a lion because you are in griffindor they are lions.

This game is ok but the controls are horrible! The best part is throwing gnomes. Like the first game it is way to easy. I dont even own it and I'm already in the forest looking for the spiders. Prof. Lockhart looks like someone hit him with a can opener. Doby looks like a rat. Colin Creevey is tiny, and Ginny Weasley looks like a pig. Harry FINNALY TALKS. Moaning Myrtle and Peeves are annoying. Myrtle chucks toilet pipes at you for some odd reason. Peeves also steals Rons present to Nick. You get to play as Goyle but he is so annoying you cant stand yourself. One of the only cool things about this game is hogwarts seems to have doubled in size. If I were you id wait to buy it untill the price drops. Dramatically.
