Ms. Pac-Man has her own world, April 16, 2002
Reviewer: Pierre J. Kelly from Memphis, Tennessee United States
Ms. Pac-Man Maze Madness is a send-up of Pac-Man World, only this time, it's on a maze format. The newer version of the 1981 aracde game features ghosts, enemies, and blocks to move around, plus the arcade mode is the best one. Ms. Pac-Man be da bomb!

Too Spooky, October 12, 2001
Reviewer: jenbro from Erial, NJ USA
The game is fun, don't get me wrong, but I could do without the constant "muuuuhhhahhaaaa" (attempt at a Count Dracula sound) all through the game. There are vampires that turn into bats and other things that I think make this game scary -- if I had children, I would not let them play it.

Pac-Man meets Tomb Raider, August 6, 2001
Reviewer: thelimey from San Mateo, CA
I rented this for my son (who is 5) this weekend. I had absolutley no intention of playing it. Couple of hours later after a request for help, I couldn't STOP playing.

The context of the game is to search for 4 crystals. this is where the tomb raider bit comes in. You have mummies, yetis, rolling snowballs, falling stalactites, lava, etc.

It's not mindless like the original, you have to work out simple puzzles while running around trying not to be eaten, or squashed, incinerated.

Don't be put off by my review, it is definitely suitable for little kids, even though my son won't watch the scary bits!!

Ms. Pac-Man Hits a Home Run, January 6, 2001

At first, I was very bored by this game and I couldn't figure out why I couldn't clear all the dots or fruit. After playing for a while, I have become addicted to this game. It is so much fun and it has so many different levels and possibilities, it's hard to stop playing it now. My advice would be to grab this one. You won't be sorry.

Addictive Fun!, December 11, 2000

Don't be turned off by the hokey name of this game--it's a keeper! Once you're hooked, you'll be coming home for lunch to play this one. Even though the game has simple objectives and is never extrememly difficult to play, you are rewarded with a well-deserved sense of accomplishment with the completion of each level. Some of the "puzzles" involved with each level are amazingly creative and definately keep you interested. If you want instant game-play fun without all the hassles of a learning curve--pick this one up!

Totally addictive, and Ms Pac Man is one hot babe!, September 26, 2000
Reviewer: A gamer from Des Moines, IA USA
I thought Ms pac man was going to be a pac man world look alike, but just as in the old arcade version, ms pac man is sooo much better than pac man. So totally addictive and so easy to play. One of the best games I've played in years.

Pleasing to the senses, September 24, 2000
Reviewer: Ian M Enriquez from San Francisco, California United States
The game play is a lot like the original, but prepare for your senses to be pleased. The various settings are graphically fascinating, the various creatures are neat and fun to go against, and the music is well done! It is a very basic game so do not expect much innovation in game play, but if you enjoyed the original and appreciate great visuals/music then this game is worth it.

A good sequel to Pac Man World: 20th Anniversary, September 20, 2000
Reviewer: A gamer from Dresher, PA USA
When Namco released Pac Man World, it was a fun game. It was a 2D platform game in 3D that retained the spirit of Pac Man. Well, Ms. Pacman Maze Madness is just like Pac Man World with Ms. Pac Man instead of Pac Man. The graphics are bright and colorful adn really add to the experience. The control is tight and dead on. The only problem with the game is that it can get repetitive and boring after a while. As an added bonus, there are some multiplayer modes which can be quite fun as well as the original version of Ms. Pac Man. If you liked Pac Man world, this game is a must buy. As for everyone else, you won't be disappointed if you buy it.
